Hi there! I’m Sheri Patterson, the Director of Operations and Transaction Director for the Andrew Farmer Team. With 27 years of real estate experience, I’m proud to bring a deep understanding of contracts, compliance, and client care to our team. I’m currently licensed in three states—California (26 years), Nevada (8 years), and Washington (5 years)—and my career has been a dynamic progression from administrative assistant at a high producing coastal office in Dana Point, CA to licensed salesperson, marketing coordinator, licensed broker, team lead, and office administrator.

When I’m not working, you’ll find me spending time with my family. A former Southern California native, I’ve been married to my best friend, Terry, for almost 30 years. We’re raising two incredible kids—Lexie (26) and Max (19)—and loving every minute of spoiling Terry’s five grandchildren. Our home is kept lively by our three adorable dachshund puppies who run the household more than we do!

Outside of family and real estate, I’m an outdoor enthusiast at heart. I love playing co-ed softball, relaxing at the beach, and exploring nature through hiking. I’m also passionate about coaching youth sports—including softball, Little League, and soccer—because mentoring young athletes is one of the most rewarding experiences. And yes—I’m a lifelong World Champion LA Dodgers fan, thanks to growing up with box seats in the ’70s courtesy of my dad. (Definitely not a bandwagoner!)
